Boiling water turns to snow
It turns out if the air is cold enough (like 30 below zero), you can throw boiling water into the air and it instantly freezes and turns into snow.

I don't know when, why, or how, but I will use this in a game someday...I'd say I'd use this in real life, but I don't hit many places that get to thirty below zero. Ten to twelve degrees below zero, sure, but never thirty below.
