Dragonborn question

Anyone have a link* to the Wizards.com preview/playtest version of the 4e dragonborn where their backstory was that they were humans who transformed into dragon-like humanoids?

* one I can look out without logging into the website

No wait here is the one you mean. And yes its from Races of the Dragon so it was in the preview for that book.
